HJB Communications is led by Henry Bakker, a communication and change advisor who supports European B2B leadership teams through complex strategic and organisational shifts.
Henry works at the intersection of internal communication, change management and leadership communication. He helps senior teams translate strategy and transformation into clear narratives, focused communication choices and practical leadership messaging that people can understand and act on.
